XPS FOAM

XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) Foam is a rigid, closed-cell insulation material known for its superior thermal efficiency, high compressive strength, and moisture resistance. Manufactured through an extrusion process, XPS Foam has a smooth surface and uniform structure that provides excellent insulation performance and long-term durability.

It is widely used in construction, refrigeration, packaging, and cold storage applications where consistent thermal insulation and water resistance are essential. Its lightweight yet strong composition makes it easy to handle, cut, and install, offering outstanding performance in energy-saving and protective applications.

XPS Foam is produced from high-quality polystyrene resin through a continuous extrusion process that creates a fine, closed-cell structure. This structure ensures very low water absorption, making it ideal for applications exposed to moisture or temperature fluctuations. The material typically has a density range of 28 to 45 kg/m³ and offers excellent compressive strength, ranging from 200 to 700 kPa, depending on grade and application.
