RHYNO Group was founded in 1996 with a vision to innovate and lead in the packaging industry. Over the years, RHYNO has continuously expanded its capabilities, product range, and infrastructure to become one of the most reputed names in plastic and foam packaging solutions across India.

1996 – Beginning of RHYNO’s Journey

RHYNO started E.P.S. (Expanded Polystyrene) production under the name Rhyno Thermopack Industries.
It was the first company in the region to begin E.P.S. production, using state-of-the-art technology to manufacture a wide range of products with an initial production capacity of 450 MT per annum.
Today, RHYNO operates with an impressive production capacity of 7,000 MT per annum, supported by three manufacturing plants and three semi-manufacturing and fabrication facilities for E.P.S. (Thermocol) products.

2001 – Expansion into E.P.E. Foam

RHYNO began E.P.E. (Expanded Polyethylene) foam production under the company name Rahil Foam Pvt. Ltd.
It became the first company in the Gujarat region to manufacture high-quality E.P.E. foam products using advanced technology.
The company started with a capacity of 500 MT per annum and has now grown to a production capacity of 2,500 MT per annum.

2007 – Entry into PP Products

By 2007, RHYNO had become one of the leading names in India for plastic packaging products.
To further expand, RHYNO entered the PP (Polypropylene) segment by launching PP Hollow Sheets, also known as PP Corrugated Sheets, under the company name Rahil Air Bubbles Pvt. Ltd.
Rahil Airbubble has an annual production capacity of 5000 metric tons

2016 – Second EPS Manufacturing Plant

RHYNO established its second E.P.S. manufacturing plant in Killa Pardi (Valsad) to meet the growing market demand for RHYNO’s E.P.S. products.

2019 – Expansion in Ahmedabad

RHYNO set up its first semi-manufacturing plant and warehouse in the Naroda area of Ahmedabad to supply products directly to retail customers in Ahmedabad and nearby regions.

2021 – Third EPS Manufacturing Plant

To further increase production capacity and ensure smooth product supply, RHYNO launched its third E.P.S. manufacturing plant in the Kadi area of Mehsana/Ahmedabad.

2022 – Entry into PP Bubble Guard Sheets

Rahil Flexipack LLP became the newest addition to the RHYNO Group.
Inaugurated in 2022, it manufactures and supplies PP Bubble Guard Sheets, adding a new dimension to RHYNO’s packaging solutions.
PP Bubble Guard Sheets have an annual production capacity of 4000 metric tons.

2024 – Entry into Stretch Film Industry

Targeting the plastic film market, RHYNO entered the stretch film manufacturing segment under the company name Rhyno Wellpack LLP, marking another milestone in the Group’s diversification strategy.

2025 – Expansion of Warehousing & Semi-Manufacturing Facilities

With multiple product lines under its portfolio, RHYNO decided to bring all its offerings under one roof by establishing warehouses and semi-manufacturing units in major cities across Gujarat.

The new units include:

RHYNO Flexipack Industries Unit – 2
Located in Changodar, Ahmedabad, this unit caters to customers in Changodar and nearby regions, offering the complete range of RHYNO products.

RHYNO Finepack Industries
Located in Sakarda, Vadodara (Baroda), this facility serves customers in Vadodara and surrounding areas, providing easy access to RHYNO’s full product portfolio.
