EPE Foam Sheet is a lightweight, flexible, and durable packaging material made from high-quality expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam. EPE Foam Sheets are widely used in packaging electronics, glassware, furniture, industrial components, and other sensitive products. They are easy to cut, wrap, and handle, offering a cost-effective and reliable protective solution.
EPE Foam Sheets are manufactured using a precision foam extrusion process that ensures uniform thickness, strength, and flexibility. The sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 50 mm, with standard sizes including 500 mm x 500 mm, 1000 mm x 1000 mm, and 1200 mm x 2400 mm. Custom sizes and thicknesses are available on request. The foam density is 20–30 kg/m³, providing soft, shock-absorbent protection. The material is lightweight, water-resistant, reusable, and can withstand temperatures up to 70°C, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and domestic applications.
